The psychologist group meets weekly for meetings where they work on joint development, have collegial supervision, and distribute incoming cases. The psychologist group collaborates with the municipality's preschools and schools and has not divided these among themselves. The psychologists have a close collaboration with the principals and regularly participate in the schools' student health team meetings together with special educators, counselors, and school nurses who are locally placed at each school unit. The psychologists have extensive experience working as school psychologists in the municipality, and now we want to expand with a new colleague.
